Terms and Conditions

1. DELIVERY

     I will always endeavour to post your item to you within 2-3 days of your order, unless my shop is closed for holidays or unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, bereavement etc. If this is the case I will message you with the nearest postage date.

Your item(s) will always be securely packaged before posting.

Please note the cost of postage will differ from item to item it will always be made clear at the point of sale.

2. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

                        Upon request I will research the best options for postage & packing and quote accordingly. 

Please note,  If you are ordering from outside the UK, you, as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Also I cannot accept any responsibility if your item(s) are delayed due to customs.

3. PAYMENTS

     My PayPal or Bank Transfer details are available via the contact page.

    Just message me with the title of the painting or print you wish to purchase and I will send you     the details of how to purchase your item. I aim to answer all messages within 24 to 48 hours.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

    In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase ,just contact me within 7 days of delivery. Item(s) should then be posted back to me within 14 days of your refund request. Please note you are responsible for the cost and safe return of your purchase(s).

I will refund the cost of the item(s) once they have been received and checked by myself. If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition, an appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund to cover any loss of value (the exception being if the item had, unusually, arrived damaged in the first place).
